When you're working with a 1a and 1b scenario and talking playoffs, you go for the guy who has proven he can do it first. Halak carried a team once to the conference final against seemingly impossible odds. He's the guy until he isn't the guy, in my opinion. |

Coming into town for the game tomorrow night.
Anyone have any recommendations for good hockey bars, or places to go around the arena? |

Was gonna say the same thing. I'd go with Halak just because of that run with Montreal. It's good to have a back up plan. |

Not sure why its even a question. No doubt Halak is the man in the playoffs. Elliott has been great but Halak is still the starter and will be in the playoffs. |

I can't (frank)ing WAIT to see halak in the play offs....
He was SOOO GOOD in montreal... I don't know why we got rid of him *sigh*
I don't even like price.. he is cocky, flashy, and just plain weak blocker high and glove high, He is a pretty decent suck it into your chest type guy though.

Because statistically they're close. That will lead to those who don't know the situation asking. Therefore, I answer the question. |

there's still a month remaining in the season and the Blues will be on a 7 game road trip after tonight. IF halak is the starter he has to continue to win games and show consistency. There wont be a clear cut starting goaltender until the last few games of the season |

I picked the blues to win the cup so hopefully whoever it is gets the job done. You go with Halak though. Not a question to be thought about. Halak packed a god awful team to the conference finals. |
